March 9th Thailand Fundraiser, Dinner, & Auction

Hello friends! Lake Center Bible Church will be hosting a dinner, auction, music, and providing fun for the whole family on March 9th at 6:00pm. Exodus 25:1-9

25:1 The Lord spoke to Moses: 25:2 “Tell the Israelites to take an offering for me; from every person whose heart makes him willing you are to receive my offering. 25:3 This is the offering you are to receive from them: gold, silver, bronze, 25:4 blue, purple, scarlet, fine linen, goat’s hair, 25:5 ram skins dyed red, fine leather, acacia wood, 25:6 oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for fragrant incense, 25:7 onyx stones, and other gems to be set in the ephod and in the breastpiece. 25:8 Let them make for me a sanctuary, that I may live among them. 25:9 According to all that I am showing you—the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furnishings—you must make it exactly so.

Give generously to the poor, not grudgingly, for the LORD your God will bless you in everything you do. There will always be some in the land who are poor. That is why I am commanding you to share freely with the poor and with other Israelites in need.

Greg's Goals for Thailand

With Thailand just around the corner, we are building our shields of faith & preparing our spiritual tools. We are starting to learn more about our contacts at Faith Village, and meeting on a weekly basis with our team from Lake Center Bible Church in Portage, MI. We will now be able to put a name with a face, and know a little something about them. My personal goals for Thailand are; grow myself spiritually, grow others, lead non-believers to Christ, and to see the beauty of Thailand.

Again, therefore, Jesus spoke to them, saying,  “I am the light of the world.  He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.” (John 8:12 WEB)

Clothing Donations Wanted

Thailand Departure

Well it looks like our departure date is now set, from March 28- April 7th. We are going to be visiting Faith Village orphanage. Prayers are needed.......

Preparing for Thailand Missions Trip

Becky & I are going to be taking our next step forward in our journey by, spreading the gospel in Thailand. Through a lot of prayer we now know we are needed. We are planning on leaving in March so, that leaves less than two months for prayer & prep for the trip. Your prayers are needed for us & the team we will be a part of. God bless!!!!!
